Hotel General Manager – Port

We are looking for a Hotel General Manager.
As General Manager of Reens, you will have a minimum of 2 years senior management experience gained from small boutique hotels, quality, high-end restaurants and bars, and have experience working with rooms, M&E (ideally events), health club and SPA facilities, working within budget guidelines, responsibility for the entire business with a strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs. As General Manager you will also have excellent leadership skills, and food and wine knowledge and be able to use this knowledge to train, motivate and develop the team. A passion for service excellence, drive, and determination to take the business to another level is essential.
Responsibilities :

• Financial Management: Overseeing the hotel’s budget, revenue, and expenses.
• Staff Management: Hiring, training, and managing hotel staff.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues.
• Sales and Marketing: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Operations Management: Overseeing daily operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk.
• Quality Assurance: Maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
