Position : Customer Service Representative – Worldwide

Sugarbox is a global provider of gift card solutions, dedicated to making gifting simple,convenient, and enjoyable for our customers.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless experience for customers purchasing and using gift cards. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding customers through the buying process, troubleshooting issues, and providing support for all inquiries related to gift cards.
Responsibilities :

  • Guide customers through the gift card purchasing process and assist with any challenges they may encounter.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to gift cards via (email & chat).
  • Assist customers in resolving issues, including balance inquiries, & card activation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Stay informed about gift card policies, promotions, and product updates to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries via chat.
