Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications or training in talent management and culture development are an added advantage.
Knowledge of Talent Management: A comprehensive understanding of talent management practices, including attracting, developing, and retaining employees.
Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, and provide support and guidance on matters of career development and corporate culture.
Developing corporate culture: The ability to develop and promote a positive work culture that is aligned with the company’s values and goals.
Program Management: The ability to design and implement training and development programs for the company’s employees, and analyze the effectiveness of these programs.
