About The Role
As Customer Operations Support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring positive client interactions and smooth operations across our global marketplace. Reporting to the Customer Operations Support Manager, you will manage customer inquiries, support the registration and onboarding of new bidders and sellers, and work closely with a small, tight-knit team. While we are a relatively small company, you’ll collaborate with colleagues based in Europe and the U.S. to resolve complex issues and contribute to our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through multiple channels, ensuring a high standard of support
- Manage bidder registrations and approval processes, providing guidance on platform access and compliance
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new sellers, ensuring seamless integration
- Support operational improvement projects to enhance customer experience and platform efficiency
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and represent GDT at trade events as required
- Maintain clear, accurate records of customer interactions and process improvements
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in planning, sales, or account management, with a tertiary qualification (preferably in Economics).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for supporting Asia and Oceania customers from the New Zealand office.
- Ability to enhance quality and efficiency by streamlining processes, leveraging data and technology, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail with a structured approach to multitasking and managing priorities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach, ensuring positive interactions with clients and stakeholders across diverse audiences and settings.
