Accountant
The company:
Our client is a leading organisation in the property industry, currently seeking extra support for the next four months. They’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented accountant who thrives on challenges. This role offers a hybrid work model: two days in the office and the rest from home.
The Role:
- Managing weekly supplier pay runs
- A strong focus on reconciliations (journals and balance sheets)
- Conducting variance analysis
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
- Handling large data sets and working with complex spreadsheets.
Your Profile:
- Strong accounting experience – A background in property is a plus but not essential.
- Detail-oriented – Accuracy is critical in this role.
- Intermediate Excel skills – Comfortable with large spreadsheet reconciliations.
- JDE experience – Preferred but not required.
- Able to work effectively within a strict reporting cycle and consistently meet deadlines.
