- Support Project Manager in creating schedules for Bid submission and preparing detailed schedules for multidisciplinary works in Primavera / MSP.
- Raise Early warning indicators on any delay or changes.
- Develop project dashboard reports in Excel, MS Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Create variance/slippage reports based on the appropriate baseline schedules managed in Primavera at the various stages and the reporting periods in the project.
- Facilitate acceptance of and ensure that the project plan embraces the full project work scope, is fit for purpose and is achievable.
- Monitor critical activities based on the Primavera schedule and advise project management.
- Ensure the reasons for, and the factors influencing each change to the project’s baseline plan plus the implications.
- Create project performance data from project schedules in a concise and timely manner as required by the project teams.
- Ensure that all issues within the programme are highlighted and understood by Senior Management and give appropriate planning advice.
- Deliver periodic programme updates and information regarding changes and delays that have impacted the programme on a period-by-period basis.
- Monitor, control and analyze the project programme and cost information using Earned Value methodologies, identify variances and bring these to the attention of the Project Manager with possible alternatives, prepare specific reports including dashboards.
- Mentor staff in Planning and Project Controls Domain.
