Sales and Marketing:
- Promote and sell agricultural products to distributors and dealers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential
customers. - Identify new sales opportunities and expand market share.
Customer Support:
- Provide technical advice and support to customers on product usage and
best practices. - Conduct field demonstrations, trials, and training sessions
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Market Intelligence:
- Gather and analyze market data, trends, and competitor activity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and
product innovations.
Sales Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay knowledgeable about products, features, benefits, and
applications. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales and customer
support.
