- Prepare ingredients including measuring, mixing, and seasoning meal components.
- Handle vegetable, fruit, and meat preparation such as washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, seasoning, and marinating.
- Execute basic culinary tasks like salad and sauce preparation.
- Ensure proper stocking of food items in refrigerators and freezers.
- Follow recipes and plating guides precisely.
- Monitor inventory supplies and assist with food rotation to maintain ingredient freshness.
- Restock service lines and prepare workstations for subsequent shifts.
- Maintain personal hygiene and appearance to high standards.
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly and ensure follow-up.
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment procedures, including HACCP guidelines and audits.
