Duties & Responsibility.

Customer Service:

Greeting customers and offering assistance
Answering questions about products and their locations
Helping customers find what they’re looking for
Processing transactions at the checkout
Handling returns and exchanges
Providing excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience

Product Knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on current promotions and sales
Being familiar with the location of products in the store
Having a basic understanding of different products and their uses
Answering customer inquiries about products

Store Maintenance:

Keeping shelves stocked and organized
Rotating inventory to ensure fresh products
Cleaning and maintaining the assigned area
Reporting any safety hazards or spills

Additional Responsibilities:

Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
Working effectively as part of a team
Being adaptable and willing to help out in different areas of the store
