Join AECOM’s 2024 Graduate Program!

Role Overview

Join AECOM’s Graduate Program 2024 as a dynamic Graduate Legal Assistant , working directly with our Senior Counsel for the region in Dubai. This role presents an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the legal department, including gathering and relaying information to internal and external clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, completing forms, and maintaining lists.
  • Assist legal staff with submitting claims, handling insurance certificates, bond requests, and tracking documents.
  • Draft and review contracts, including NDAs and tender documents, under the supervision of the Senior Counsel.
  • Support the preparation of internal project approvals and assist in managing claims and disputes.
  • Collaborate with commercial and project teams to protect AECOM’s business interests and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Legal Studies required from an accredited University.
  • Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024, to be eligible for AECOM’s Graduate Program.
  • Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
