General Mason

1. Field Support

Responsible to maintain tools, lifting, carrying & placing activities including all types of masonry, conduiting & act as a helper whenever required. Completion of work within given period as assigned by supervisor, including but not limited to:

•Assist in building layout, framing, sheathing, and roofing structures.

•Use equipment and tools to safely perform basic construction tasks.

•Tear down, rebuild, and point chimneys.

•Cut openings into walls, ceilings, and floors constructed of masonry materials.

2. Coordination & communication

Strong observation skills, highly focused, must catch errors in work, communicates well with the supervisor. Ability to learn new things.

3. Teamwork

Supportive to the whole team working with, helping the team members in all activities including all type of works related to civil, MEP installations.

4. HSE Compliance & Punctuality:

Strict adherence to follow the safe work practice and reports to the supervisor in case if any team member breaks this compliance. Correct any safety hazards and report them to the foreman. Communicate any more serious safety issues and follow all pandemic rules & regulations.
