IT Infrastructure Administrator

Role Specifics:
Management and administration of the infrastructure and operational integrity for Windcave servers and associated application software used both nationally & internationally.
- As part of the IT Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for all business as usual tasks and queries. You will help deploy and maintain key infrastructure in multiple data-centres and offices around the world, ensuring 24/7/365 uptime for customers and company staff.
- An excellent communicator at all levels, you will be proactive and collaborative with a can-do attitude.
- You will also have the ability to handle calls after hours on a rostered basis as well as have a logical approach to problem solving, decision making, have a talent for engineering solutions, identify root cause of existing or potential problems.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills you will place importance on quality and attention to detail.
- As a team player who takes ownership and follows a task through to completion, you will be committed to continuous learning, development and change with company focus.

Role Experience Requisites:
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Windows Client and Server OS.
- Managing Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP services.
- Virtualisation technologies.
- Experience in managing switches and wireless access points.
- Server hardware administration.
- Ethernet cabling and patching.
- Data backup administration.
- Office 365 administration. Teams, Endpoint manager, Autopilot, Azure AD, Sharepoint, Exchange.
- Automation and scripting proficiency, including Powershell.
Additional role experience requisites (preferred not mandatory)
- Linux OS
- EDR, antivirus management.
- Database management
- Webservers and load balancers.
- Multi-vendor server and storage hardware administration.
- SIP telephony.
