- Provide key analysis to drive strategy in the region / markets / functions and reach financial objectives.
- Close collaborate and act as strategic partner to the product, technology, marketing, commercial and executive teams to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions.
- Drive key analytics projects including forecasting and testing, funnel optimization, response and propensity modelling, advanced customer segmentation using advanced statistical techniques, marketing mix analytics, and other initiatives
- Drive world-class AI programs and initiatives that drive business objectives such as customer satisfaction, top-line revenues and brand uplift.
- Understand key behaviors that drive consumer acquisition, retention, and engagement to enable decision making about product strategy and features, marketing tools and campaigns
- Lead and manage Analytics and Reporting delivery. Optimize productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the portfolio’s goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to change.
- Actively partners with Product, Architecture and Technology stakeholders to align solutions with program objectives within an Agile delivery culture
- Applies complex facilitation and dependency management techniques to drive cross-program and departmental planning, collaboration, and coordination
- Enable transformation of IT delivery models towards Agile and Continuous delivery
- Helps establish governance structure where decision-making is weighted toward empowered teams
