Job Description
Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite
What You Will Do
- Creating weekly and monthly production plans
- Monitoring production processes and tracking deviations, making necessary updates
- Developing raw material requirement plans and tracking inventory and creating purchase orders
- Leading and/or supporting continuous improvement projects
- Supporting the R&D team in new product launch processes
- Preparing stock and production reports
- Preparing KPI reports
- Supporting EH&S (Environmental, Health, and Safety) activities
What You Will Need
Required:
- B.S. degree in a relevant field preferably Engineering / Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical thinking and innovative approach with high reporting capability
- Resilient and solution-oriented
- Experience with ERP software, Power Automate and Power BI
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills (preferably Macros)
