ZEISS Turkey is currently seeking, highly motivated and experienced Field Service Specialist to represent ZEISS Medical Technology (MED) in İstanbul. As Field Service Specialist  you will be responsible for service on ZEISS ophthalmic instruments.

Your Job Description

• Diagnose and repair all designated medical devices within an assigned service territory, including preventative maintenance, installations and upgrades per specific training and manuals
• Ability to complete scheduled service on time or ahead of schedule
• Maintain service database and complete service reports on time
• Provide accurate documentation per service
• Follow up the calibration of service tools and ensure documentation in accordance with quality processes
• Maintain test equipment and spare parts inventory
• Report product and patient impact issues to Regulatory Affairs and assist in complaint investigations
• Provide on-site trainings
   

Your Profile

• University degree in Electronics, Biomedical, Physics or related fields
• Previous field service experience
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• 2-3 years of practical experience with advanced technological instruments in the medical industry and/or field service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office MS Applications
• Willing to travel both domestic or international
• Valid driving license and active driving experience
•  European side of Istanbul Resident is expected
• No military obligation for male candidates
