Broccoli and Lettuce Harvester

The job

We are looking for a field harvest worker to harvest our lettuce and broccoli crops.

• Based in North Canterbury (90 mins from Christchurch and 60mins from Kaikoura by bus)
• Averaging 30-50 hours, 5-6 days per week (weather/crop dependent)
• Free transport to and from work daily from the accommodation (15-20mins from work)
• Hand harvest
• Select crop, cut produce, put it onto conveyor belt, and packing

The Candidate

You will be a team player that enjoys working in a close-knit outdoor environment. You will be motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team, sharing the same respect we do for creating a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will display the following;

All applicants must be based in NZ currently, be able to work legally, and have an NZ bank account and IRD number, and a full and current drivers licence. All wet weather gear and PPE are provided and issued on the induction day.
