Required Restaurant Manager • Managing the operations of the assigned outlet, guiding subordinates’ activities and providing them with the necessary support while ensuring compliance with Company’s standards and health and safety regulations. • Identifying, developing, and implementing best practice that increases performance. • Applicable to resolving contractual, technical, and financial issues with team. • Sales and business development skills. • Expand customers’ base and market share and facilitate achieving Company’s expansion plans. • Managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet and leading the team to meet the company goals. • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the F&B industry is MUST. • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any related field is preferred. • Knowledge and experience of procurement processes, procedures, and policy setting. • Knowledge of Micros point of sale system, or any other F&B sales systems. • Experience in Kuwait Market is preferred.
