We are seeking a talented and driven Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate on innovative and high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and drafting architectural plans for hospitality projects.
• Collaborating with design teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Managing timelines, budgets, and resources for architectural work.
• Preparing detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Experience in hospitality-related architecture projects is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino).
• Experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentation and documentation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
