Job Description

  • Deliver technical support for enterprise and banking applications, ensuring reliable performance and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor the health of applications and respond quickly to incidents and issues that arise.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to understand application requirements and provide insights for improvements.
  • Assist in the deployment of updates and new features while minimizing disruption to users.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and support procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of applications.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and propose enhancements to application support strategies.
