Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver exceptional service.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the travel industry, focusing on products such as travel management, holiday packages, and visa services.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
- Propose customized solutions and enhancements in travel management, holiday packages, and visa services to exceed client expectations.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms in all business segments, particularly travel management, holidays, and visa services.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare detailed reports on client engagement, business development efforts, and market trends for senior management review.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all interactions and activities.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Extensive experience in the travel industry, with an in-depth understanding of travel management, holiday products, and visa services.
- Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Business Development within the travel sector.
- Proficiency in English is a must, and Arabic is preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills.
