Job Description
- QUALIFICATIONEngineering degree/diploma or equivalent, however any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAccountable for system completion and commissioning execution from preparation stage to final acceptance.
- Interfaces with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration
- Manage all Commissioning and system completion activities of the topside and pipeline (if any) scope, to ensure the technical objectives are safely met within the approved scope, budget and schedule.
Skills
- EXPERIENCEMin 10+ years of total experiences with at least 5 years demonstrated as commissioning lead/ manager experience in major capital projects.
- Experiences for manage onshore and ideally offshore oil and gas platform commissioning project from preparation stage, onshore/ offshore commissioning execution and provide support for start up and performance test of the offshore facility specially WHP topside.
- Experiences for handling interface work and SIMOPS with internal organization and other contractors.
- Experiences of handling system completion workflow process, system completion database of major project at many location such as fabrication yard, onshore and offshore including handover from project team to operations, interface within internal organization and familiar with system completion database ICAPS and OPERCOM.
- Experience of handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry and familiar with preparation of work pack and job card for offshore HUC campaign and worldwide experience with contractors or under company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT
- Experience with preservation activities from construction warehouse to RFSU
