Group Financial Controller

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join our public company in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the group.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and accounting standards.
• Manage balance sheet governance, cash management, and transfer pricing.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams and business partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Extensive experience in financial controlling, preferably in a public company.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting software.
